Whether it’s rejection, betrayal, abandonment, injustice or humiliation, we’ve all felt these painful emotions at some point in our lives, but did you know that sometimes these become wounds can run so deep they become part of our identity? We then develop masks to shield ourselves from feeling that same pain. These wounds often occur in childhood, but their masks can be carried well into adulthood.
In our new class – Healing the 5 wounds of the soul, we will talk about the creation of these wounds in our childhood, how they impact your adult life and how we can heal them to make positive behavioral transformations.
